These homeowners in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ wanted to finish off sections of their basement. In the laundry room, the bare concrete floor was tiled and the walls were painted with masonry paint. In another area, a wall was built around the hot water heater and heating system. Outside of that area, old wood paneling was removed from the walls. The walls were sheetrocked and new matching floor tiles were installed to blend in seamlessly. One new light was installed in the ceiling with a switch.
