A tree fell on this home in Maplewood, NJ. M&M Construction Specialist had to demo the existing roof and walls down to usable areas, rebuild the roof, dormer, and walls. The exterior chimney was rebuilt, along with new siding, and GAF/Timberline roofing. Inside, two bedrooms were rebuilt, including walls, carpeting, and ceilings. Lower level rooms suffered cracked plaster from the impact and those walls were repaired. All of the rooms on the second floor had new walls framed out, sheetrock installed, and then primed and painted. The downstairs plaster walls were repaired, primed and painted. The wood flooring on the first floor was sanded and refinished.
