This colonial revival home in South Orange, NJ underwent a portico restoration. New balustrades were custom made by a millwork to replicate existing, rotted wood was removed from the portico and bent to match the existing curviture. Paint was scraped and powerwashed. Then the portico was repainted. A section of balustrade on the back porch was also replaced with custom replicas and then painted to match the existing.
