This home in Jersey City, NJ needed M&M Construction Specialist to install a brand new roof. The old shingles were removed and rotted wood sheathing was replaced. We installed brand new GAF shingles to the home and covered the existing yankee gutters. New counter flashing around the chimney was installed. Finally, new 6" white seamless gutters were placed along the eaves.

Throwback Thursday! Windows, Siding, and Roofing Install in Rahway, NJ
This home in Rahway, New Jersey suffered damage when a tree fell on it during a storm. M&M Construction Specialist was contracted to make the necessary repairs to the home, but also add a second floor dormer, converting the attic space into a playroom. New energy-efficient windows were installed in the house, along with new efficient Alside siding, and GAF roofing.
