This home in Hawthorne, NJ was in need of new roofing shingles. M&M Construction Specialist installed new GAF roofing shingles, GAF WeatherWatch ice and water shield and felt underlayment, TimberTex ridge cap shingles, Cobra ridge vent, and replaced a number of damaged roof rafters, allowing this historic 100+ year old structure to last well over another 100 years! New sections of white seamless gutter were also added to help divert water off of the roof.
