This home in Elizabeth, NJ suffered from a badly deteriorated roof. Underneath the shingles was the original cedar shake roof. M&M Construction Specialist removed all the shingles and cedar shakes. New plywood sheathing was placed on the roof joists and then new GAF architectural shingles were installed. A new gutter was installed on the right elevation of the home and the wood fascia behind it repaired and rewrapped with PVC coated aluminum.
