942 Willow Avenue, also known as Willow Flats, located at the corner of Willow Avenue and 10th Street in Hoboken, New Jersey is a four-story, walk-up apartment building. Its owner has contracted M&M Construction Specialist to facilitate the project’s phases: interior demolition, reconstruction, interior finishes and facade restoration.
During the months of May and June 2010, the facade restoration was completed. The restoration included replacing missing and broken pieces of cornice, painting the entire building and details, repairs to the granite lintels, 54 replacement windows, repairs to the exterior steps, railings and repointing of the chimneys.
