This home in Millington, NJ had damage to the exterior foundation walls. Temporary walls were constructed to support the load of the house. The soil around the exterior was excavated. The existing cinderblock wall and a framed knee-wall was removed. We installed new rebar, cinderblocks, and two new windows. All of the new cinderblocks were filled with cement and waterproofing installed to the outside to prevent moisture penetration. The 2×4 knee-wall was rebuilt and the exterior siding replaced. After the project was finished, the disturbed soil was backfilled and graded. Inside the basement area, a sump-pump, electric, gas lines, a water line, and a dryer vent were reconnected.
