This home in Watchung, New Jersey received a new roof. A leak had developed in the front of the house, prompting M&M Construction to examine the roof. It was decided that a new shingle roof would be the best course of action. Once the roof was stripped of its shingles, new GAF WeatherWatch ice and water shield was installed, 30 lb felt, a Cobra ridge vent, and GAF Timberline shingles with TimberTex cap. The last thing to installed was new counter-flashing around the chimney.
