This home in Metuchen, NJ suffered a small fire in early 2012. M&M Construction Speicialist was contracted to rebuild two bedrooms and repair damage to the outside of the home. Exterior damage included replacing damaged framing, sheathing, siding, and soffit. We replaced a number of planks on the rear deck and a section of railing. Interior work required gutting and installation of new framing, sheetrock, and finishes, including trim, paint on the second floor and painting the walls and refinishing the wood floors on the first level.
