Closed cell spray-foam insulation was applied to the ceiling of the new dormer space and the interior was sheetrocked, spackled, and sanded to accept paint. New hardwood flooring was installed. A staircase with railings replaced the existing attic pull-down stairs. A mini split HVAC system was installed to give the homeowners climate control during all four seasons.
